Fallbericht: Spontanverlauf eines Riesenmyelolipoms

Zusammenfassung

Myelolipome der Nebennieren sind seltene, benigne und hormonell inaktive Tumoren, die meist klein bleiben und asymptomatisch sind. In der vorliegenden Arbeit berichten wir über die Entwicklung eines Riesenmyelolipoms der Nebenniere, dessen Progredienz über eine Zeitspanne von fünf Jahren computertomographisch verfolgt wurde.

Summary

Adrenal myelolipomas are rare benign, non functioning tumors, mostly small and asymptomatic. We report the natural history of a giant adrenal myelolipoma. We could follow with CT the natural progression of the tumor during a 5-year-interval.
