Zusammenfassung

Eine 42-jährige Patientin stellte sich mit Oberbauchschmerzen und postprandialem und Kaffesatzerbrechen vor. Einige Monate zuvor war eine Magenbandanlage vorgenommen worden, sonst war die Anamnese unauffällig. Die Abdomenübersichtsaufnahme und Durchleuchtung wiesen eine posteriore Slippage des Magenfundus nach Magenbandanlage nach.

Abstract

A 42-year-old female patient presented with acute pain of the upper abdomen, postprandial vomiting and hematemesis. An operation for gastric banding had been carried out 1 month prior to presentation. The abdominal X-ray and radioscopy revealed a posterior slippage of the gastric fundus following the gastric banding operation.
