Zusammenfassung
Die Bildgebung spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Diagnose und Behandlung von Pneumonien im Kindesalter. Die Rolle besteht in Nachweis oder Ausschluss einer Pneumonie, Differenzierung zwischen den einzelnen Entitäten, Ausschluss anderer Ursachen sowie Abklärung von Komplikationen. Die Radiomorphologie der häufigsten Infektionen wird korrelierend dokumentiert.
Abstract
Imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and therapy of children with suspected pulmonary infections. The role consists in confirmation or exclusion of pneumonia, differentiation between the entities, exclusion of other causes and evaluation of related complications.
