Perkutane tibiotalare Arthrodese

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 50-jährige Patientin mit Bimalleolarfraktur und posttraumatischer Arthrose des oberen Sprunggelenks, die mit Arthrose ohne Resektion, jedoch unter Anwendung von Kompression, Spongiosaplastik und innerer Fixation minimal-invasiv behandelt wurde. Die Vorteile der angewandten Methode sind die minimale Gewebeexpostion, die Vermeidung einer Eröffnung der Gelenkkapsel, die gute Kontrolle über die Talus-Tibia-Stellung sowie ein kurzer stationärer Aufenthalt.

Abstract

We report on a 50-year-old female patient with bimalleolar fracture and subsequent posttraumatic arthrosis who was treated by minimally invasive nonresection tibiotalar compression arthrodesis using internal fixation and cancellous bone grafting. The advantages of this technique include minimal exposure of tissues, good control of the relationship between the tibia and the talus, and short hospital stay.
