Zusammenfassung
Diskoligamentäre Verletzungen des Kniegelenks sind regelmäßig Anlass zu einer arthroskopischen Inspektion. Bei dem hier präsentierten Fall wurde nach 2 vorausgegangenen Unfallereignissen neben einer Innenmeniskusläsion eine “leere” Fossa intercondylaria festgestellt. Die Differentialdiagnose der kongenitalen Kreuzbandaplasie gegenüber einer stattgehabten Ruptur des vorderen Kreuzbands wird unter den Gesichtspunkten der konkurrierenden Kausalität diskutiert.
Abstract
Discoligamentary injuries of the knee frequently lead to an arthroscopic inspection of the joint. We present a case in which after two traumatic events a mensal tear and an empty notch were found on arthroscopic examination. The differential diagnosis of congential aplasia of the anterior cruciate ligament (CAACL) versus neglected rupture of the ACL is discussed.
