Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 30-jährige Frau, die durch einen Hundebiss eine drittgradige Verletzung des rechten Ohres mit Amputation der kaudalen zwei Drittel der Helix und Antihelix erlitten hat. Das Ohr wurde sofort durch Refixation des deepithelialisierten Amputats und Deckung mit einem Temporalisfaszienlappen und Vollhauttransplantat wiederhergestellt.

Abstract

A case of a young woman is reported who lost a big part of the right auricle by a dog bite. An aesthetically satisfying immediate reconstruction after refixation of the deepithelialised amputated helical rim could be achieved with the aid of a temporal fascial island flap and full thickness skin grafts.
