Zusammenfassung
Eine 79-jährige Patientin erlitt 6 Monate nach palmarer Plattenosteosynthese einer distalen dislozierten, intraartikulären Radiusfraktur mit der multidirektionalen, winkelstabilen APTUS®-Platte der Firma Medartis chronische Rupturen der Flexor-digitorum-profundus-Sehnen II und III sowie der Flexor-pollicis-longus-Sehne.
Abstract
Six months after the internal fixation of a distal intra-articular fracture of the radius with a fixed-angle plate (APTUS by Medartis), a 79 year old woman sustained chronic tears in flexor digitorum profundus tendons II, III and the flexor pollicis longus tendon.
