Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine bislang nicht beobachtete Komplikation bei der weltweit sehr verbreiteten Gammanagelosteosynthese beschrieben. Die Frage nach einer biomechanischen Erklärung für die völlig atypische Dislokation bleibt offen. Praktische Tips zur operativen Korrektur werden gegeben.

Abstract

We report on a previously unknown complication in gamma nailing osteosynthesis, which is commonly used worldwide. The question about biomechanical reasons for the very untypical kind of dislocation remains unanswered. Practical tips for operative correction are given.
