Zusammenfassung

Alljährlich werden die überarbeiteten Impfempfehlungen der Ständigen Impfkommission (STIKO) am Robert Koch-Institut (RKI) im August im Epidemiologischen Bulletin (aktuell Heft 34/2015) veröffentlicht. Die für Kinder- und Jugendärzte/-ärztinnen wichtigsten Neuerungen 2015/2016 betreffen 1) die Änderung der Pneumokokkenimpfempfehlung: 2+1- statt 3+1-Impfschema für reifgeborene Säuglinge, 2) die Indikationsimpfung gegen Meningokokken der Serogruppe B, 3) die Gelbfieberimpfempfehlung nach Änderung der Internationalen Gesundheitsvorschriften (IGV), 4) die passive Immunisierung mit Varicella-zoster-Immunglobulin (VZIG) und 5) eine redaktionelle Überarbeitung der Masernimpfempfehlung.

Abstract

Every year in August a revised version of the vaccination recommendations of the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) is published in the Epidemiological Bulletin (currently volume 34/2015). The most important amendments for pediatricians for the period 2015/2016 are: 1) the amendment to the recommendation for pneumococcal vaccination of term infants from a 3 + 1 to a 2 + 1 schedule, 2) the recommendation for serogroup B meningococcal vaccination, 3) the recommendation for vaccination against yellow fever according to the amended International Health Regulations (IHR), 4) postexposure passive immunization with varicella zoster immunoglobulin (VZIG) and 5) an editorial revision of the recommendation for measles vaccination.
