Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein ehemals frühgeborenes „Small-for-gestational-age“(SGA)-Mädchen mit Kleinwuchs und fehlendem postnatalen Aufholwachstum sowie einer idiopathischen Pubertas praecox vera berichtet. Unter Therapie mit Leuprorelinacetatdepot (3,75 mg, Enantone Monats-Depot®) kam es bei dem Mädchen zu ausgeprägten Lokalreaktionen im Bereich der Injektionsstellen, sodass die Umstellung auf Triptorelinacetat (3,75 mg, Decapeptyl®N) erfolgte. Darunter traten keine weiteren Hautreaktionen mehr auf. Wahrscheinlich hat die Patientin empfindlicher auf das Retardkopolymer im ersten Präparat reagiert.

Abstract

This article reports the case of a prematurely born small for gestational age (SGA) girl with dwarfism, lack of postnatal catch-up growth and idiopathic precocious puberty. Under therapy with depot leuprorelin acetate the girl developed pronounced local reactions at the injection site so that a switch to depot triptorelin acetate was made. No further skin reactions occurred after changing the therapy. The patient had probably reacted more sensitively to the retardant copolymer in the first preparation.
