Zusammenfassung

Es werden die Diagnosekriterien für aggressives Verhalten dargestellt und besonders die familiären Bedingungen für dessen Entwicklung in der frühen Kindheit und im Grundschulalter ausgeführt. Im Detail wird auf die Ziele und das konkrete therapeutische Vorgehen eingegangen; hierbei steht die Verhaltenstherapie mit dem Kind und der Familie im Mittelpunkt der Ausführungen. Abschließend werden die Wirksamkeit des Vorgehens und die Langfristigkeit der Therapieeffekte diskutiert.

Abstract

Criteria for the diagnoses of disruptive behavior and conduct disorder are presented. Family situations leading to the development of disruptive behavior in infancy and elementary school age are shown. The paper gives a detailed report of the aims and therapeutic steps required. The main focus lies on child behavior therapy with the child and the family. Finally, the effectiveness of the methods and therapy effects on a long-term basis are discussed.
