Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit der motorischen Entwicklung und dem Wandel der Bewegungswelt von Kindern.

Bezugnehmend auf interaktionistische Entwicklungstheorien wird die motorische Entwicklung im Kontext externer und interner Faktoren diskutiert. Es erfolgt eine Differenzierung motorischer Fähigkeiten, die man als zentrale Merkmale der motorischen Entwicklung ansehen kann. Die typischen motorischen Entwicklungsverläufe im Kindesalter und die Auswirkungen des Bewegungsmangels bei Kindern auf Motorik und Gesundheit werden dargestellt.

Abstract

This article is concerned with the motor development and the change of the childlike movement world.

At first, referring to interactionistic theories, the motor development in the context of external and internal factors is discussed. Second, a classification of motor skills takes place, which one can regard as central characteristics of the motor development. Third, the interest applies for typical developments of motor skills in children.Fourth, the question, which effects lack of movement has on the motor development and health, is discussed.
