Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 51-jährigen Mann mit einer chronisch kalzifizierenden äthyltoxischen Pankreatitis fiel ein linksseitiger Nebenhodentumor auf. In der immunhistologischen Aufarbeitung des Operationspräparats wurde die Metastase eines Pankreaskarzinoms festgestellt. Nebenhodenmetastasen eines Pankreaskarzinoms stellen eine ausgesprochene Rarität dar. Trotzdem sollte bei solider Raumforderung des Nebenhodens die Metastase eines Pankreaskarzinoms in die Differenzialdiagnose eingeschlossen und der Nebenhoden in die Ausbreitungsdiagnostik des Pankreaskarzinoms integriert werden.

Abstract

A 51-year-old man with known ethyl toxic chronic pancreatitis presented with a tumor of the left epididymis. Immunhistological examination disclosed it as a metastasis of a pancreatic carcinoma. Paratesticular metastases of a pancreatic carcinoma are very rare. Nevertheless a metastasis of a primary pancreatic carcinoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of a tumor of the paratesticular tissue. The epididymis should be integrated in the diagnostic procedures of pancreatic carcinoma.
