Zusammenfassung

Subkutan infiltrativ wachsende Kopfhauttumoren mit der Tendenz zum Haarausfall im haartragenden Bereich können auch Ausdruck eines malignen Geschehens anderenorts sein. Hier ist in erster Linie an eine Metastase eines malignen Melanoms aber auch eines Mammakarzinoms zu denken. Wir beschreiben den klinischen Fall einer 78-jährigen Patientin, bei welcher die diagnostische Abklärung einer Kopfhautveränderung zur Diagnose eines bis dahin unbekannten Mammakarzinoms führte.

Abstract

Infiltrative growing scalp tumors with alopecia areata may be a sign of malignancy elsewhere, for example metastasis of a malignant melanoma or breast cancer. We describe the clinical case of a 78-year-old woman with a scalp tumor as the first diagnostic sign of breast cancer.
