Finanzierung und Interessenkonflikte

Die Leitlinie wurde ohne externe Finanzierung und ausschließlich mit den Finanzmitteln der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde, Kopf- und Hals-Chirurgie entwickelt.

Als Gegenstand möglicher Interessenkonflikte bei der Erstellung der Leitlinie könnte angesehen werden, dass verschiedenste Forschungsarbeiten der beteiligten Autoren von zahlreichen Unternehmen unterstützt wurden. Die Autoren erklären jedoch zusammenfassend ihre wirtschaftliche Unabhängigkeit bei der Erstellung der oben genannten Leitlinie.

Verabschiedung der Leitlinie

Die vorliegende Fassung der Leitlinie wurde 15.05.2007 vom Präsidium der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde, Kopf- und Hals-Chirurgie beraten und angenommen.
