Granulomatous slack skin Partielle Remission unter intraläsionärer Gabe von Interferon-α und PUVA

Zusammenfassung

Granulomatous slack skin (GSS) ist ein seltenes kutanes T-Zell-Lymphom mit niedrigem Malignitätsgrad. Histopathologisch auffällig sind neben dem lymphoiden Infiltrat dermal und subkutan gelegene mehrkernige Riesenzellen sowie Elastolyse. Das klinische Bild der GSS ist durch umschriebene schlaff herabhängende Hautfalten geprägt. Bei einem von uns vorgestellten 27-jährigen Patienten kam es unter intraläsionär appliziertem Interferon-α sowie PUVA-Therapie zu einer deutlichen Befundbesserung.

Abstract

Granulomatous slack skin (GSS) is a rare cutaneous T-cell lymphoma which typically runs a protracted and indolent course. On histopathological assessment lymphoid infiltrates with multinucleated giant cells in the dermis and subcutis with elastophagocytosis can be observed. Skin lesions are characterized by pendulous folds. We report on the successful response of the lesions to intra-lesional interferon α combined with PUVA.
