Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über das erstmalige Auftreten eines postherpetischen Erythema exsudativum multiforme (EEM) bei einem 10-jährigen Jungen. Das Ungewöhnliche an diesem Fall ist die Anordnung der kokardenförmigen Effloreszenzen um alle bestehenden Nävi am Rücken und Thorax. Dies ist die erste Beschreibung eines perinävalen EEM.

Abstract

A 10 year old boy with postherpetic erythema multiforme developed an unusual arrangement of target lesions around all pre-existing melanocytic nevi on his trunk. This is the first description of a perineval erythema multiforme.
