Zusammenfassung

Systemische Mastozytosen sind sehr selten. Berichtet wird über einen Jungen mit einer konnatalen systemischen Mastozytose mit universellem Befall der Haut sowie der inneren Organe, jedoch ohne Anhalt für eine Mitbeteiligung des Knochenmarks. Die Therapie mit Interferon α-2b war wirksam.

Summary

Systemic mastocytosis is an uncommon disease. We describe a boy with congenital systemic mastocytosis with involvement of both skin and internal organs, but without any sign of bone marrow disease. Treatment with interferon α-2b was effective.
