Zusammenfassung

Bericht über einen 31jährigen türkischen Patienten (und dessen Familie) mit hyperplastischen Mundschleimhaut-Veränderungen i.S. eines M. Heck, ohne intraläsional nachweisbare Papillomvirus-DNA, bei erhöhter Konzentration der CD8-Zellen im Blut. Systemischer Behandlungsversuch mit Isotretinoin.

Summary

A 31-year-old Turkish patient and some family members suffered from multiple hyperplastic oral mucosal papules. Intralesional papilloma virus was not found but the patient had elevated levels of CD8 lymphocytes in his peripheral blood. We diagnosed focal epithelial hyperplasia of Heck.
