Gianotti-Crosti-Syndrom bei Epstein-Barr-Virus-Infektion

Zusammenfassung

Das Gianotti-Crosti-Syndrom, eine relativ seltene, distinkte Eruption, die nach Hepatitis-B-Virus-Infektion auftritt, ist durch ein lichenoid-papulöses Exanthem im Bereich des Gesichts, der Extremitäten und Nates gekennzeichnet. Nur bei einem Teil der Kranken ist eine Hepatitis-B-Virus-Antigenämie nachweisbar. Neuere Berichte zeigen, daß verschiedene infektiöse Agentien mit dem Gianotti-Crosti-Syndrom einhergehen können. Es wird der Fall eines 2 1 / 2 jährigen Mädchens mit Gianotti-Crosti-Syndrom bei gleichzeitiger primärer Epstein-Barr-Virus-Infektion ohne Hinweis auf Hepatitis-B-Infektion vorgestellt.

Summary

Gianotti-Crosti syndrome, a relatively rare, distinctive eruption occurring after hepatitis B infection, is characterized by a lichenoid papular exanthema, usually localized on the face, limbs, and buttocks. Hepatitis B antigenaemia is associated with Gianotti-Crosti syndrome only in some cases. Recent reports indicate that a variety of infectious agents are associated with Gianotti-Crosti syndrome. This is a report of 2¹/₂-year-old girl with Gianotti-Crosti syndrome and concurrent primary Epstein-Barr virus infection without evidence of hepatitis B infection.
