Zusammenfassung

Bei Verdacht auf ungewöhnliche Nahrungsmittelallergien kann die diagnostische Abklärung oft schwierig sein. Dies wird erschwert durch die derzeitigen finanziellen Rahmenbedingungen, welche die allergologische Versorgung benachteiligen und erschweren. Anhand eines seltenen Falles einer Anaphylaxie auf Orangen wird diese Problematik näher erläutert.
