Zusammenfassung

Beim Anti-p200-Pemphigoid handelt es sich um eine seltene blasenbildende Autoimmundermatose. Die Klinik ist heterogen. Ig(Immunglobulin)G-Autoantikörper finden sich typischerweise am Boden der Salzspalthaut, wodurch sich das p200-Pemphigoid vom bullösen Pemphigoid unterscheidet. Immunoblots und Durchführung eines ELISA („enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay“) sind zur Diagnosesicherung erforderlich. Für eine Krankheitskontrolle reichen oftmals geringe Mengen an Dapson aus. Am Beispiel von 2 Fällen werden die klinischen und diagnostischen Charakteristika des Anti-p200-Pemphigoids und die Grundzüge der Therapie dargestellt:

Abstract

Anti-p200 pemphigoid is a rare autoimmune blistering dermatosis. The clinical course is heterogeneous. Typically, immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies are found on the floor of salt-split skin, which differentiates p200 pemphigoid from bullous pemphigoid. It is necessary to perform immunoblotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) to confirm the diagnosis. Small amounts of dapsone are often sufficient for disease control. The clinical and diagnostic characteristics of anti-p200 pemphigoid and the principles of treatment are presented exemplified by two case reports.
