Zusammenfassung

Das Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) ist ein sehr seltener dermaler Tumor von intermediärer Malignität und einem lokal aggressiven Wachstum mit hoher Rezidivfreudigkeit. Daher ist neben einer ausreichend großen Exzision, möglichst mit histographisch/mikrographisch kontrollierter Chirurgie, die Nachsorge zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Rezidiven oder Metastasen essenziell. Hierbei ist nicht nur eine klinische, sondern auch eine sonographische Untersuchung sinnvoll. Neben der Erkennung von Rezidiven kann die Sonographie auch zusätzliche Informationen über die Ausdehnung des Tumors geben. Wir berichten über eine Patientin mit einem fibrosarkomatösen DFSP-Rezidiv, das sonographisch dargestellt werden konnte.

Abstract

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare dermal tumor of intermediate malignancy with a locally aggressive growth behavior with a high rate of recurrence. Wide local excision with histographic margin control as well as regular follow-ups including clinical as well as ultrasound examination are crucial to detect local recurrence or metastasis. Ultrasound imaging can not only identify recurrences but also asses their extent. We report on a patient with a relapse of fibrosarcomatous DFSP, which could be demonstrated by ultrasound imaging.
