Zusammenfassung

Die reaktiv perforierende Dermatose (RPD) zählt zur Gruppe der primär perforierenden Dermatosen. Histologisch bestätigten sich die typischen Hautveränderungen mit transepidermaler Ausschleusung von basophilem Material und der Senkrechtstellung kollagener Fasern. Therapeutisch werden bei der RPD keratolytische Externa, topische und systemische Glukokortikosteroide, Retinoide sowie Antihistaminika eingesetzt. Ebenso wird über gute Erfolge mittels Photo(chemo)-Therapie berichtet. In dem hier vorgestellten Fall kam es unter der Behandlung mit Allopurinol zu einem sehr guten therapeutischen Ansprechen.

Abstract

Reactive perforating dermatosis (RPD) is a primary perforating dermatosis. Histologically, it presents with transepidermal discharge of basophile material and vertical arrangement of collagen fibers. RPD is treated using external keratolytic agents, topical and systemic glucocorticosteroids, retinoids and antihistamines. Good results have also been reported using photo(chemo)therapy. In the case study presented here, the patient responded very well to treatment with allopurinol.
