Zusammenfassung

Photodermatosen stellen eine Gruppe von Hautkrankheiten dar, die durch eine abnormale Reaktion der Haut auf ultraviolette (UV-)Bestrahlung verursacht werden. Dazu gehören die polymorphe Lichtdermatose, die Hydroa vacciniforme, die Lichturtikaria, die aktinische Prurigo, die chronische aktinische Dermatitis, die Dermatitis solaris, die phototoxische Dermatitis und die photoallergische Dermatitis. Im Folgenden wird die Histopathologie dieser Lichtdermatosen beschrieben und ihr Stellenwert in der Diagnostik diskutiert.

Abstract

Photodermatoses are skin disorders which result from abnormal response to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Photodermatoses include the following disorders: polymorphic light eruption, hydroa vacciniforme, solar urticaria, actinic prurigo, acute actinic dermatosis, solar dermatosis, phototoxic dermatitis and photoallergic dermatitis. The histopathology of these disorders will be presented and its role in making the diagnosis will be discussed.
