Mycophenolatmofetil als effektive Therapieoption bei vernarbendem Pemphigoid

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 70-jährige Patientin mit einem vernarbenden Pemphigoid der Haut und Schleimhäute, die mit einer Kombinationstherapie aus Mycophenolatmofetil und Prednisolon behandelt wurde. Hierunter kam es zu einer vollständigen Abheilung der Läsionen, und unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen wurden nicht beobachtet.

Abstract

A 70-year-old woman with cicatricial pemphigoid of the skin and oral mucosa was treated with a combination of mycophenolate mofetil and prednisolone. This treatment led to complete remission of all lesions, and no side effects were observed.
