Summary.

We present a case report concerning spontaneous recanalization of the internal carotid artery occlusion after an accident with contusion of the cerebrum and hyperextension trauma of the cervical spine.

Es wird über einen Fall einer spontanen Rekanalisierung eines A.-carotis-interna-Verschlusses nach einem Verkehrsunfall mit Contusio cerebri und Hyperextensionstrauma der HWS berichtet.
