Das Management einer gigantischen Rezidivnarbenhernie bei einem 68-jährigem Patienten wird präsentiert und diskutiert. Zum Einsatz kommen hierbei eine modifizierte Komponentenseparation nach Ramirez sowie Deckung des entstandenen Hautdefektes durch Hautverschiebeplastik. Der Fasziendefekt betrug mehr als 20 cm

Abstract

The management of a recurrent gigantic incisional hernia in a 68-year-old patient including modified component separation technique according to Ramirez and a skin sliding flap is presented and discussed. The fascial defect was larger than 20 cm.
