Gesundheitsziele werden heute in Deutschland und international auf verschiedenen Ebenen entwickelt und umgesetzt.gesundheitsziele.de hat diese Erfahrungen nutzbar gemacht und entwickelt erstmals Gesundheitsziele auf Bundesebene.Gesundheitsziele für Deutschland können nur von den Akteuren gemeinsam erarbeitet und im Rahmen der festgelegten Zuständigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten in Selbstverantwortung umgesetzt werden.gesundheitsziele.de arbeitet auf dieser Grundlage und hat von Anfang gesundheitspolitische Akteure aller Ebenen zusammengebracht.gesundheitsziele.de entwickelt im Konsens bis zum Jahr 2003 zunächst exemplarisch 5 plus 3 konkrete Gesundheitsziele mit Umsetzungsstrategien. Diese Gesundheitsziele wurden in einem wissenschaftlich-partizipativen Verfahren festgelegt und decken das gesamte Spektrum von Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention,Versorgung und Rehabilitation, von Bürger- und Patientenorientierung und von Bezug auf bestimmte Bevölkerungsgruppen ab.Die Konkretisierung der Gesundheitsziele umfasst Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.Zu jedem Ziel und Teilziel werden Evaluationsstrategien erarbeitet.

Abstract

In Germany and abroad health targets are being developed and implemented on different levels.Based on the experiences collected, health-targets.de has developed health targets for the first time on the federal level. Concrete health targets for Germany can only be developed and implemented jointly by institutions that are responsible within the framework of existing responsibilities. From the beginning, health-targets.de has worked on this basis and gathered health policy makers of all levels.Until 2003 healthtargets. de will first develop in consensus five plus three concrete health targets with strategies for implementation.These health targets were selected by a combination of scientific analysis and participation.They cover the whole range of health promotion and prevention, care and rehabilitation, orientation for citizens and patients,and focus on certain groups of the population. The implementation of the health targets is based on concrete target-oriented activities. The development of each target and objective will be completed by an evaluation strategy.
