Zusammenfassung

Die intravasale Volumentherapie stellt einen der Grundpfeiler ärztlichen Handelns während der stationären Behandlung dar; dem trägt die S3-Leitlinie „Intravasale Volumentherapie beim Erwachsenen“ Rechnung. Zielgruppe der Leitlinie sind Ärzte, die einen intravasalen Volumenersatz als Teil der Therapie des Patienten durchführen müssen. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst die wesentlichen Empfehlungen unter kritischer Betrachtung zusammen.

Abstract

Intravascular volume therapy represents one of the pillars of medical actions during inpatient treatment and is dealt with in the S3 guidelines on „intravascular volume therapy in adults“. The target group of the guidelines are physicians who must carry out intravascular volume therapy as a component of patient treatment. This article critically reviews and summarizes the essential recommendations.
