Zusammenfassung
Der Harnstein ist nur ein Symptom. Eine erfolgreiche Rezidivprävention basiert deswegen auf der Abklärung der zugrunde liegenden Erkrankung. Ob nur mit Ernährungstherapie oder medikamentös unterstützt: Die Behandlung sollte immer auf die Steinart und das biochemische Risikoprofil des Patienten ausgerichtet sein.
