Zusammenfassung
Die schwere akute Hyponatriämie ist eine lebensbedrohliche Erkrankung. Wir berichten über den Fall einer 38-jährigen Patientin, die im Rahmen einer isovolämischen Hyponatriämie innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein Hirnödem mit letaler Einklemmung entwickelte.
Abstract
Severe acute hyponatremia is a life-threatening illness. We report the case of a 38-year-old woman with lethal cerebral edema due to acute isovolemic hyponatremia.
