  • Die Kompressionstherapie ist eine wichtige Säule in der Behandlung des Ulcus cruris venosum, sie wird in Entstauungs-, Erhaltungsphase und Prävention unterteilt.

  • Es gilt: Jede adäquate Kompressionsversorgung ist besser als keine.

  • Wenn es Probleme mit der Adhärenz des Patienten gibt, sind jedoch Kompromisse bezüglich des Kompressionsdrucks möglich.
