Es ist viel los am Montagmorgen in der Ambulanz. Die diensthabende Pflegekraft ist in Eile, plötzlich bewegt sich der Patient bei der Blutentnahme und es kommt zu einer Nadelstichverletzung (NSV) bei der Pflegekraft. Die NSV erfolgte durch den Handschuh, aus der Verletzung trat Blut aus. Bei dem Indexpatienten handelt es sich um einen 42-jährigen Patienten, der heute erstmalig wegen eines Fiebers unklarer Genese die Ambulanz aufgesucht hat. Was müssen Sie nun tun?
