Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel wird die Orientierung der Pflege am Subjekt im Kontext der Ausbildung betrachtet. Es werden Beispiele für didaktische Prinzipien, sowie Methoden, die einem subjektorientierten Unterricht dienen, genannt. Die Begriffe Subjekt und Objekt werden unter anderem in ihrer geschichtlichen Entwicklung genauer analysiert. Der Subjektansatz von E. Meueler bezieht sich dabei auf die heutige Sicht von Subjekt und Objekt. Die Betrachtung des Subjekts unter dem Aspekt der Mündigkeit ist insbesondere seit dem neuen Krankenpflegegesetz von 2003 wichtig für die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung.

Summary

In this article the orientation of the care on the subject is reviewed in regards (context) to professional training. The text references examples of didactical principles as well as methods which serve as a subject-oriented instruction. The historical development of the terms subject and object are also being closely analyzed. The term "subject" from E. Meueler refers thereby to today’s view of subject and object. The view of the subject based on the aspect of maturity became particular important for the normal and advanced professional training since the new nursing law has been passed in 2003.
