Qualitative Mängel in der Versorgung und Behandlung aber auch der Dokumentation und Organisation können zeitnah aufgegriffen, bearbeitet oder gar verhindert werden. Denn durch die konsequente Überprüfung und Auswertung der Prozesse wird ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess in Gang gesetzt.
