Zusammenfasung

Übelkeit und Erbrechen bei Chemotherapie — Zu den häufigsten und belastendsten Symptomen einer Chemotherapie zählen Übelkeit und Erbrechen. Wird die Symptomatik nicht rechtzeitig erkannt und behandelt, drohen mitunter schwer wiegende Nebenwirkungen und Komplikationen. Doch es darf nie so weit kommen, dass Patienten wegen unbeherrschbaren Erbrechens eine lebensrettende Chemotherapie abbrechen.
