Abstract.
The relatively unusual aplasia of both lower central incisors was treated by mesialization of the lateral incisors and cuspids, with a stable anterior dental arch thus being established. The resulting spaces in the posterior area were closed by autogenous transplantation of teeth 15 and 25 into the lower jaw.
Zusammenfassung.
Die relativ seltene Nichtanlage der beiden unteren mittleren Schneidezähne wurde durch Mesialbewegung der seitlichen Schneidezähne und Eckzähne behandelt. Es konnte so ein stabiler Frontzahnbogen etabliert werden. Die dadurch im Seitenzahnbereich entstandenen Lücken wurden durch die autologe Transplantation von 15 und 25 in den Unterkiefer geschlossen.
