Zusammenfassung

Minimal invasive Behandlung des Sinus pilonidalis hat in der letzten Dekade eine starke Ausbreitung in Deutschland gefunden. Das Pit-Picking-Verfahren ist die technisch einfachste unter den minimal invasiven Operationen. In dem vorliegenden Artikel wird die operative Technik und das perioperative Management detailliert beschrieben.

Abstract

Outpatient minimal invasive treatment of pilonidal disease is gaining growing popularity among German surgeons and patients. The Pit picking procedure is the surgically easiest minimal invasive procedure. In this paper, the exact surgical technique and the perioperative management are presented.
