Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über die seltene Indikation zur analplastischen Rekonstruktion nach Ferguson bei einem jungen, HIV-infizierten Mann mit narbig verschlossenem Analkanal nach Operation und Bestrahlung eines analen Burkitt-Lymphoms. Die operative Technik der Ferguson-Plastik und die Ergebnisse in der Literatur werden beschrieben.

Abstract

The rare indication for analplasty reconstruction according to Ferguson in a young man with HIV infection and a scarred closed anal canal after operative treatment and irradiation of an anal Burkitt lymphoma is reported. The surgical technique introduced by Ferguson and the results in the literature are described.
