Falldarstellung einer Patientin bei Z. n. Beckenvenenthrombose links (postthrombotisches Syndrom) mit starker venöser Stauung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird die Behandlung einer Patientin mit postthrombotischem Syndrom (Z. n. Beckenvenenthrombose li.) beschrieben. Die Patientin litt nach der Beckenvenenthrombose unter einer starken Schwellung im gesamten linken Bein mit brennenden Schmerzen und einem starken Druckgefühl. Ansonsten klagte die Patientin über Durchschlafstörungen, teilweise mit Herzrasen und Völlegefühl im Bauch. Auf Grund der Anamnese, der Puls- und Zungendiagnose wird auf Xue-Stasen und damit zusammenhängend eine Minderversorgung der sinarteriae reticulares (Netzleitbahnen, luomai) behandelt. Die Anamnese weist zudem auf eine depletio (energetische Schwäche, xu) des Xue hin. Nach einer Behandlungszeit von etwa 10 Monaten zeigt sich auch schulmedizinisch eine gute Rekanalisation der Beckenvenen und ebenfalls eine wesentliche Besserung des Beschwerdebildes durch die traditionelle chinesische Medizin.

Abstract

This article describes the treatment of a patient suffering from post-thrombotic syndrome. Following an occurrence of pelvic vein thrombosis on the left side, the patient suffered from severe swelling of the whole of the left leg resulting in searing pain and a sensation of intense pressure. The patient also complained of sleep disturbances sometimes accompanied by tachycardia and a feeling of fullness in the stomach. In the light of the medical history and of the pulse and tongue diagnosis, treatment was designed to remove Xue stases and to treat the accompanying insufficiency of the network channels (sinarteriae reticulares, luomai). The medical history also indicated an energy deficiency (depletio, xu) of the Xue. After a period of traditional Chinese medical treatment lasting about 10 months there was also conventional Western medical evidence of a good restoration of the blood flow through the pelvic veins as well as a significant alleviation of the complaints suffered by the patient.
