Abstract

This paper deals with problems around residuation and divisibility. Five different topics are considered, each of them discussed within a section which could be considered as a paper in its own right. In detail we give contributions to Jakubík chains, to states, to hoops and rings, to GMV-algebras, and finally to constructing divisibility structures from given ones.
