Summary.

In this paper we give a survey on all so-called inset information measures which depend not only upon k discrete complete probability distributions (without zero probabilities) of length n but also upon n pairwise disjoint (nonempty) events and which satisfy natural properties like the branching property or generalized additivity properties.
