## Abstract

In this work, we study a class of the nonlinear parabolic equation with variable exponents of the type:

where \(\theta \) and *p* in \(\mathcal {C}^0({\overline{\Omega }}),\ m\ge 0,\ \alpha >0\) and where \(f\in L^1(Q)\). The main contribution of our work is to prove the existence of a renormalized solution in the Sobolev space with variable exponent.
