Zusammenfassung

Eine Besonderheit der natürlichen Süßstoffe aus Stevia rebaudiana soll ihre vorteilhafte pharmakologische Wirkung sein. In der wissenschaftlichen Literatur wird immer wieder ein Einfluss auf den menschlichen Blutzuckergehalt und den Blutdruck genannt. Dies wäre ein Novum: Ein Süßungsmittel mit Heilwirkung.
