Bilateral spontaneous atraumatic anterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint

Abstract

I report a case of bilateral spontaneous atraumatic anterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint in a 19-year-old woman without any known underlying pathology. There was no history of injury. The patient was treated conservatively. One year later the patient was asymptomatic and had returned to her usual activities.
