Abstract
We describe a case of traumatic orbital fracture involving the superior, medial, and inferior walls with preserved orbital rim. This “triple blowout” fracture has not been previously reported. There was no damage to the globe or the optic nerve and the patient had an excellent recovery with minimal residual diplopia.
