Die Themen des Workshops setzten sich u.a. zusammen aus:

- Evolutionsbiologische Aspekte,

- die Rolle der molekulargenetischen Analytik bei der Prädiktion und Prävention des Brustkrebses,

- die Hormonabhängigkeit von Wachstum, Proliferation und Differenzierung der Brustdrüsen-Epithelzelle und

- Möglichkeiten, durch die Vermeidung exogener Noxen und die Zufuhr von Hormonen Einfluß zu nehmen.
