Neuer Analretraktor für handgenähte coloanale Anastomosen

Summary.

The hand-sutured coloanal anastomosis requires adequate and atraumatic exposure of the anal canal in order to avoid sphincter damage. We evaluated a new modified anal retractor to improve exposure of the anal canal and thread handling during construction of hand-sutured coloanal anastomosis. This new device was used during all coloanal and transperineal procedures performed in 1997 in our hospital. This new device is safe and extremely comfortable for the surgeon. It speeds up the procedure and keeps sutures out of the way when completing a coloanal anastomosis.

Zusammenfassung.

Um eine handgenähte coloanale Anastomose sicher und ohne Sphincterschaden durchführen zu können, ist eine adäquate und atraumatische Darstellung des Analkanals erforderlich. Wir berichten hier über die Modifikation eines Analspreizers, der die Darstellung des Analkanals und das Handhaben des Fadens während der coloanalen Anastomosen vereinfacht. Dieses modifizierte Gerät wurde systematisch bei allen coloanalen Anastomosen und transperinealen Eingriffen, die in unserer Klinik 1997 durchgeführt wurden, verwendet. Die ausgezeichnete Übersicht über den Analkanal und die einfache Handhabung beschleunigen und vereinfachen die Durchführung coloanaler Anastomosen.
