Abstract
For a phenomenological representation of diffusional-electrical phenomena in systems with distributed parameters it is proposed that methods of the thermodynamics of irreversible processes and the equations of an electromagnetic field without direct separation of the equations for the ion carriers be used. Numerical simulation of electrochemical fields in a copper-plating solution is carried out for unsteady pulse electrolysis conditions.
